I have taken on various roles in the wonderful world of ICT throughout my professional career. So this is where my "roots" come from. In every position, I focused on project management and operational management.
In 2022, I decided to join the organization, and Techniics was born. Our objective is to make a difference using our specialists in the technical field, and to offer an end-to-end, qualitative solution to our customers.
With more than 15 years of experience in team management, I can use my experience to support our clients on a daily basis in an efficient, effective and qualitative way, to ensure the flawless execution of their projects. I therefore attach significant importance to the quality of our collaboration, and to open communication.
KIM OLDYCK
Managing Director of Techniics
In 1997, I graduated in electronic telecommunications, and got my first job as a machine operator in a factory. After several years of experience, I expanded my expertise in electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics and extrusion.
The business world has always fascinated me enormously. I took several management courses with a focus on business management, and worked for several years as a team leader in a multinational company.
While working there, driven by my passion for sports cars, I founded a company specialised in the development of intercooler kits for racing cars. As my passion for entrepreneurship continued to grow, I have founded several companies over the years in the field of electricity and data. I created a company with a friend In 2014, specializing in electrical work and data cabling. In 2018, I decided to go for a new project: Tech8D, in which we use the “8D” system, a quality method consisting of eight stages. The objective is to offer clients my skills in project management with a specialization in technical services.
We founded Techniics in 2022 together with my co-partner Tom, and we collaborate with a professional team capable of delivering lasting quality and transparency to our clients.
